**Summary**:
San Churro's Highpoint team is seeking a confident and experienced Cafe Attendant who will be a valuable addition to our growing team. As a Barista you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to San Churro customers as well as producing our amazing products to a high standard. You will also be responsible for contributing to the upkeep and appearance of our Chocolateria as well as OHS standards. In return, you will have the opportunity to work across a flexible 7-day roster, with a fun-loving team in an exciting young company that fosters internal development and promotion.

Key responsibilities will include:

- **Barista Skills**:

- Proven experience in providing quality customer service and consistent premium coffee
- A driven and motivated individual with focus on providing high level customer service
- Works well in a team environment
- Ability to show initiative and multi task
- Using Point of Sale (POS)

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you must have:

- Experience in the Hospitality industry
- Barista experience 1yr
- Ability to work various shifts over 7 days and late nights
- A customer focused approach
- Drive to create a fun working environment

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 10-30 per week

**Salary**: $21.00 - $35.00 per hour
