We're looking for a passionate, determined, ‘guest experience’ focused talent to join our **Highpoint Store** in the role of **Store Manager**. The purpose of this role is to lead, mentor and drive our teams to success.

- Motivating your team to inspire and empower our guests to live their best life everyday

- Execute visual merchandising plans ensuring brand consistency and sales opportunities are leveraged
- Ensure operational excellence is maintained in store, including stock management
- Uphold WHS standards - think safe, act safe, keep others safe
