**About this role**:
Well-established commercial fit-out studio are looking for a talented CAD Technician / Documenter to join their team on a permanent basis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and documentation for various design project types Prepare submission drawings in compliance with regulations Documentation review Be aware of relevant codes & regulations in Australia i.e. Australian Standards, BCA & Fire Engineering requirements & Building Consent Requirements/ Process Take responsibility for the design development, detailed documentation and delivery of allocated projects including tender and ‘For Construction’ documentation Liaise with the design team and a range of external stakeholders Actively participate and interact with other members of the project team Site Check Measure & Photographic Surveys Liaison with PCA & Consultants Joinery schedule preparation Preparation & Delivery of Client Presentations Take ownership of assigned tasks ensuring executed drawings are accurate, coordinated, compliant, functional, and buildable Timely delivery of Documentation in accordance with agreed programs

**Skills and Experience**
- Prior experience within design and construct
- Fully proficient in ArchiCAD for documentation and 3D modelling
- Energetic & positive attitude
- Detail orientated
