**The role**
As a Bar Supervisor at Oncore by Clare Smyth, you will be responsible for leading a team of attendants across shift, ensuring efficient table service for each guest. You will be reporting to the Bar Manager and overseeing the cocktail bar operations. The Bar Supervisor is a key role in delivering and presenting our beverage menu for exceptional guest experiences.
Other responsibilities include:
- Supporting the bar's operational plan - adhering to daily procedures and managing inventory
- Supervise and lead a team of bartenders across lunch and dinner services
- Assist with reporting, financial reconciliation and escalations as needed
- Provide exceptional guest service in line with Oncore by Clare Smyth and Crown’s premium offering
- Support two-way communication with a focus on continuous improvement
Oncore by Clare Smyth welcomes guests Tuesday - Saturday. This role will be based onsite at Crown Sydney, Barangaroo and is a **permanent full-time opportunity.**
**About you**
- Previous leadership or supervisorial experience within a fine dining or premium service offering venue
- Extensive knowledge of beverages, including wines, spirits, cocktails and mixology
- Ability to engage with stakeholders and bring people on a journey
- Experience within a high pressured environment
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Valid **NSW RSA Competency Card**
