Oncore by Clare Smyth offers a rare opportunity to be part of one of Australia's most acclaimed fine dining experiences. Located within Crown Sydney, Oncore delivers world-class service and culinary artistry under the guidance of Clare Smyth, the first and only British female chef to hold three Michelin stars and three Chef's Hats.

The Role

We are currently seeking passionate hospitality professionals to join the team and gain valuable experience for the festive season. This short-term opportunity is ideal for those looking to contribute to an exceptional guest experience during our busiest and most celebrated time of year. You'll be supported by a dedicated leadership team and work alongside some of the industry's finest talent.

  • Proven experience in a hatted or Michelin starred restaurant
  • Exceptional presentation standards appropriate for a 5- star environment
  • Maintaining high and consistent food safety.

About You

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work as a part of a team environment
  • Self-motivated and adaptable.
  • Relevant hospitality qualification in Certificate in Commercial Cookery or equivalent (desirable)
  • A visa which allows you to work full time (38 hours per week) is mandatory- student visas will not be considered
  • No sponsorship considerations
