**The role**

The first and only British female chef to hold three Michelin stars in the UK, experience Clare Smyth’s first and only international restaurant. **Oncore by Clare Smyth** champions exceptional fine dining using sustainable ingredients.

**We currently have multiple vacancies across the following roles**:

- Wine Waiters
- Runners
- Hosts

In this role, you’ll provide joyful dining experiences through your genuine care for guests. To be considered, you will need an understanding of the hospitality industry, proven experience, impeccable grooming standards and be able to deliver an exceptional guest experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for those with a passion for customer service and the hospitality industry.

**About you**

To be successful you'll:

- Have a passion and knowledge of cocktails, wine, beers, and spirits
- Have a passion for customer service
- Be reliable and have a trustworthy attitude
- have excellent time management skills.
- Hold a** current NSW RSA certificate.**

**Please note: These are permanent positions which require the ability to work unrestricted hours. We currently only have permanent full time positions available.**
