We are seeking an experienced hands-on leader to manage our Roll'd store located in Brisbane Airport.

SSP Australia are the Food Travel Experts, delivering world-class food and beverage experiences to our customers throughout Australian airports and worldwide across over 400+ locations.

**The Role and Responsibilities**

As the Unit Manager, you will responsible for operations of the Roll'd location in the following;
- Driving all aspects of store operations.
- Driving and motivating your team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Provide direction, advice, positive thinking, assistance and guidance to all staff.
- Strong staff management
- Rostering
- Budgets and P&L's.
- Maintaining all food and beverage costs and stock levels
- Maintaining compliance with the service standard according to brand guidelines

**What you will need to succeed?**
- You must have 2 years’ experience in a similar role in the same industry.
- _**Passion and customer focus**:_ we expect you to have a genuine passion and interest in food and understand that our customers are number one.
- _**Sound commercial judgment**:_ you must have a strong understanding of managing P&L’s and KPI’s and have the ability to drive and improve sales and profitability
- _**Leadership**:_ you must have strong leadership skills

**Important note**: All successful applicants will be required to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) which requires a **background and criminal history check**. All employment offers are conditional on being able to hold and maintain an ASIC.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 per year
