You will be a key member of our team as a professional, qualified carpenter with experience in all aspects of carpentry to complete work in and around the Ipswich, Logan, Bayside and North Side region. We will provide work within your locality so you are not spending your day on the road getting to and from work.

J&D Contracting are a highly respected construction company based in Brisbane. We provide a complete range of services for our clients, from building and maintenance services to repairs for residential dwellings, units, townhouses, and commercial buildings.

The Opportunity

We currently have fulltime vacancies to join our team as a trade qualified carpenter.

You will be required to:

  • Ability to work autonomously,
  • Experience in multiple trades will be an advantage,
  • Problem solver,
  • Carry out project works, renovation and refurbishment,
  • Carry out general maintenance and repairs,
  • Carry out remedial and new work,
  • Ability to organise and prioritise work while meeting deadlines.

The right applicant needs to have the ability to read work scopes, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment and alone.
