**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As a Clinic Manager at Clear Skincare Clinics you will be provided with extensive ongoing training and support on all our medical grade equipment and treatments. You will also be trained on how to run a successful clinic and team
- Build a successful high performing team with a great atmosphere and culture
- Drive sales performance through exceptional customer service and coaching of your team by inspiring and leading them to be the best
- Building customer satisfaction and retention
- Day to day management of your own clinic including reporting, compliance and clinic presentation

**ABOUT YOU**

You are a natural leader and thrive off supporting, mentoring and motivating others around you You will possess a positive and professional personality and work well as part of team with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Previous management experience
- Previous experience performing advanced skin and laser treatments advantageous
- A genuine passion for leading a team to success and developing people
- Proven track record of running a successful business with budgets achieved
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to create and retain a positive culture
- We look for longevity, someone who is committed and passionate, with immaculate presentation will grow with the business
