As Clinical Manager, you'll do more than oversee operations—you'll lead and empower a team of skilled mental health clinicians, ensuring they deliver their best through expert clinical governance, ongoing development, and your leadership. We're Looking For a Leader Who

  • Holds qualifications in Psychology or Social Work (with current registration)
  • Brings broad experience supporting individuals through personal and workplace challenges
  • Is passionate about developing people and building high-performing teams
  • Has experience in workplace interventions like training, coaching, and facilitated discussions
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment, with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
