Skout Solutions is the internal service provider for Ventia Pty Ltd, we deliver hiring outcomes ranging from day to day contract requirements to large specialised project mobilisations.

The Power Bi Data Analyst is responsible for capturing and presenting key data relating to the hiring process and the progress of critical milestones for each unique contract.

You will require experience pulling data from existing CRM (Customer Relationship Mgmt) tools and project tracking tools like excel / Google sheets, then creating dashboards that showcase progress and highlight any concerns against contract KPI's.

What you need;
- Minimum 3 years presenting data via Power Bi
- Human Resource / Recruitment business experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Understanding CRM tools, particularly Success Factors.
- Advanced skills with Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present dashboards effectively
- Collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
