Reporting Analyst

PERSOLKELLY is looking for highly motivated data & Reporting Analyst to join our Client based in Sydney. This role will require to liaise with key stakeholders within the Client business to ensure access and insights in support of business goals and client obligations.

**_About You:_**

**_ Your role as Data & Reporting Analyst:_**

The Data & Reporting Analyst will be responsible for the integrity and accuracy of reporting that is produced to populate both operational and client reporting requirements. The role will be required to create automated or semi-automated facilities and functions ad well as ensure reporting mechanisms are effective and accurate. Where required, this role will also provide associated training to stakeholders and associated documentation to ensure the business is utilising common data sources.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Create, modify and provide access to data, reporting and dashboards
- Monitor, maintain and ensure the accuracy of reporting and dashboards
- Provide ad-hoc data as required, wherever possible through the creation of automated or semi-automated facilities and functions
- Support the regular internal and contractual reporting processes through the establishment and maintenance of effective and accurate automated reporting mechanisms
- Focus on ensuring that stakeholders are equipped and able to obtain access to data and reporting independently - through the provision of effective reporting, tools and associated documentation and training
- Document data sources and reports to assist in data validation
- Ensure reporting consistency through the utilisation of common data sources and consistent filtering and transformation
- Work closely with Business Analysts to understand the context of the data within the source systems such as Infor and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Assist other members of the Business Systems team in the execution of their duties
- Collaborate closely with the Data & Integration Analyst to ensure common knowledge transfer, appropriate division of duties and the support of their duties during periods of absence

**_Required Skills and Experience:_**
- Relevant educational attainment and technical qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years' relevant post-graduate experience
- Previous experience in a rail, operations & maintenance, engineering or mining environment is desirable
- Power BI
- Microsoft Azure
- Microsoft Integration and Data tools
- Microsoft SQL
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- ESRI ArcGIS
- Microsoft SharePoint
