This fantastic centre based in **Caringbah **are seeking a passionate **ECT** to join their lovely team, working 4 days per week on school terms

**Offering**
- Above award rates
- Full-time, permanent employment
- 4 or 5 working days, condensed hours options

**Successful applicants will have**:

- Bachelors in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Valid First Aid Certificate
- An excellent understanding understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Great mentoring and leadership skills
- A passion for providing high-quality childcare and education
- Right to Work in Australia (without restriction)
- At least 1 years experience as an ECT, or in a similar position
