**EXCEEDING Preschool as their next preschool Teacher**. This beautiful Centre is seeking an ECT to lead their preschoolers. Be part of a supportive service who have been running for 25 years and who will offer career progression and value you as a Teacher.

**To be considered for this position, applicants must have the following**:

- An Early Childhood Degree from a University recognised by ACECQA
- Experience working with children with disabilities & learning difficulties
- Experience working within a childcare centre and/or preschool
- Effective assessment and evaluation techniques
- Values a collaborative, team approach
- Is able to establish positive educator/parent relationships
- Has a love for a curriculum based on nature and, values the child as strong, capable and resilient
- Strong, confident and motivated personality with an ambition to provide education standards of excellence.
- A drive to be dynamic, forward-thinking and be eager to take on board new concepts and think 'outside the box'
- Has a good knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, Quality Standards and Regulations
- A current Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
- A current First Aid/Anaphylaxis/Asthma
