**_Key Responsibilities:_**

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a pivotal role in creating and delivering enriching educational experiences for children.
- Supporting young children’s development and growth through holistic learning, aligning with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Creating a safe space for children to express themselves, explore and discover encouraging an open and diverse environment for personal development.
- Observing and assessing children’s progress and milestones, actively contributing to plans for development.
- Building strong partnerships with families, fostering a sense of community.

**_About You:_**
- Passion for working with children, in this rewarding career
- **Certificate III** or **Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care** (or equivalent)
- **A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)**:

- At least 6 months previous experience as an Early Years Educator or Room Leader
- Knowledge and understanding of the EYLF and NQS
