The Murraylands and Riverland Landscape Board is a statutory body with a focus on enhancing, conserving, and sustaining regional landscapes in collaboration with the community, spanning diverse natural ecosystems and productive agricultural lands. Recognised for consistently delivering results beyond its scale, the landscape board is playing a vital role in the future sustainability of the region.

Reporting to the organisation's board, the General Manager is responsible for the operational and strategic management and performance of the landscape board. Supported by a dynamic senior leadership team, the General Manager will actively lead the development of relationships across government, industry, community, staff and the board to ensure the organisation achieves its strategic goals.

The successful applicant will bring a proven track record in leadership and natural resource management with an ability to maintain strong governance, balance strategic risk and accept responsibility for financial and WHS management. Key to this role is the ongoing development of the organisation's culture to continue the attraction and retention of a skilled workforce through a leadership style that fosters trust, respect and impact. Additionally, your experience will include program management, investment strategy, and motivating teams to effectively undertake work inline with organisational strategic and business plans.

**Annual Salary**

Annual salary from $185,400 to $227,700.
