**About Us**

Only About Children (Oac) provides high quality early years education and care to over 9000 children across a network spanning more than 75 early childhood education and care campuses throughout Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney.

**About the role**

This role will oversee all maintenance, gardening, and contracted works for QLD. You'll spend time within our QLD campuses, completing and coordinating repairs and maintenance, gardening, and minor Capex project work.

The role will also require you to carry out larger-scale work to drive down R&M and project costs by utilising your own skills along with the skills of contractors All work & projects must always maintain Oac’s high standard of quality and safety. In addition, the role will support the Head of Property to scope and deliver major Capex projects for the business.

**What you'll need**
- You'll need min. 5 years maintenance experience in a complex environment
- Broad and extensive skills to cope with a variety of maintenance issues
- Strong overall understanding of facilities and building maintenance
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication and relationship-building skills
