**The Opportunity**
- We’re seeking a Supplier Services Support Coordinator/ Trading Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll support smooth day-to-day operations by coordinating administration and pricing functions across vendor and customer transactions.
- You’ll work closely with Trading Managers, Representatives, and internal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, timely reporting, and effective communication.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and process daily vendor and customer transactions with accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and update pricing workbooks; distribute customer price listings promptly.
- Prepare and issue monthly vendor intake reports; respond to vendor queries on payments, weigh tickets, and certificates of destruction.
- Provide system support to weighbridge staff and deliver excellent internal/external customer service.
- Collaborate with Trading Managers, Representatives, Financial Services, and the State Accountant to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor CRM and website activity, manage inbound inquiries, and generate leads for buyers.
- Track and update unpriced ticket reports; support buyers in managing unpriced volumes.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Strong computer skills, particularly Excel (intermediate to advanced).
- Experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- A proactive team player with the ability to work independently.
