**This role is open to Melbourne and Sydney locations.**
**The Role
**In this role, you will be responsible for developing and supporting the Link Advice instance of Xplan, coding advice documents, and maintaining ongoing client contracts. Additionally, you will play a vital role in project management to ensure timely delivery.
**Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities**
- Lead the implementation of client projects: Oversee the successful execution of client projects, ensuring they meet all requirements and are delivered on schedule.
- Support internal advice projects: Contribute to and support internal initiatives aimed at ensuring timely delivery, aligned with our business and client goals.
- Manage Link Advice instances of Xplan: Optimize and continuously improve the management of Link Advice instances of Xplan.
- Maintain the Iress/Link Advice relationship: Engage with relevant stakeholders to maintain and enhance the Iress/Link Advice relationship.
- Ensure compliance of advice documents: Manage and review advice documents to ensure they comply with Link Advice standards and regulatory changes, while striving to enhance clarity and efficiency in their production.
- Client engagement during project phases: Work closely with clients during the Initiation, Feasibility, and Planning phases of projects to ensure their engagement and the solution's suitability for purpose.
- Participate in issue/risk management: Actively engage in the issue and risk management process by identifying and prioritizing issues/risks, developing strategies and controls, and escalating to governance bodies as necessary.
**Experience & Personal Attributes**
- 2 years of back-end Xplan experience in document coding, workflow creation, and/or configuration management experience within the wealth management or superannuation industry.
- Extensive experience in engaging clients in a project capacity.
- Comprehensive understanding and experience in Financial Advice administration.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Forms is preferred, but not essential.
- Capability to present detailed business and/or technical solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in problem identification, analysis, and resolution.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Effective communication and influencing abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Basic coding knowledge.
