As a Getinge Account Manager, you will be responsible for sales development of the Surgical Workplaces (SWP) product suite. The SWP range includes advanced operating theatre lights, tables, pendants, and OR integration solutions. **In this role you will be responsible for**:
- Developing and implementing the SWP sales plan for your territory, working both independently and collaboratively with the National Sales Manager and Clinical Applications and Product Specialist to achieve sales goals.
- Maintaining key customer relationships and developing account strategies to maximise penetration of Getinge solutions across the SWP business segment.
- Identifying new sales opportunities; you will drive profitable sales growth by using your skills to sell Getinge solutions on the value they deliver for customers aligned with their needs.
- Conducting product presentations and demonstrations to customers to facilitate efficient and effective sales opportunity conversions and training.
- Active use of Salesforce CRM (Customer Relationship Management tool) for management of customer records, sales activities, and sales opportunities.
- Effectively communicating with a range of stakeholders about the competitive market conditions, customer feedback and comments, observations and suggestions.

- Have a proven capital equipment sales record with the ability to meet sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Plan and execute at both the strategic and operational levels.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to contribute to an achievement and team-oriented environment.
- Effectively collaborate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Be available to travel intrastate, and interstate, up to ~ 25% of the time, often at short notice
- Demonstrate outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Present professionally and credibly at all levels in customer organisations.
- Have a high comfort level in various health care/medical settings and environments (i.e. hospital theatres).
