**What our program offers**:
- A 12-month graduate program that includes three, four-month rotations within a broad and dynamic organisation followed by a permanent full-time opportunity- Support network of mentors, buddies and a dedicated graduate program manager- 7 part Graduate Learning Series designed to help build your network and acclimatise to corporate life- Exposure to Senior Leaders through “meet & greet” sessions tailored specifically for the graduate program- A capstone project working with other graduates on a business problem and presenting recommendations to senior leaders

**About the Opportunity**
Commencing in February 2026, as our Travel & Experiences Graduate, you’ll complete three four-month rotations, gaining hands-on experience across key areas of the business.
- Step into a true generalist role where you’ll work with our Member & Benefits team across B2B engagement, business promotion, system operations and customer service. Supporting our Leisure division, the largest within RACV, you will gain an understanding of our hotel and resort operations whilst working in a fast-paced, dynamic, environment that offers insight into a wide range of business functions. Throughout the program, you could be involved with:
**Product and Account Management**Member Benefits, Service communications and System Operations**

**Partnerships and Marketing**

**Loyalty as a Service (SaaS)**

**Travel and Experiences**

- You’ll manage and contribute to significant and meaningful projects whilst expanding your skills, challenging yourself and taking momentous steps in building your career. You will be supported through a structured learning and development program, formal rotations, mentor programs, various on the job activities and more

**What you’ll need to be successful**:

- At RACV, we understand that everyone is unique and has a different background. To be considered for our program you will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business Marketing, Analytics, or a related field- Will have completed studies by end of 2025 or within the last 2 years- Inquisitive nature - we love questions- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Strong relationship builder and team player- Eagerness to learn and grow in an ever-evolving part of the business- Previous work experience in hospitality, loyalty or a related or similar fields would be advantageous

**Application process**

Following this, you may be invited to attend a face-to-face assessment day.
