We are expanding our Melbourne team and would love a passionate and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team to work with an adult caseload in the community.

Tasks & responsibilities

This is a role with self determined and flexible hours. The successful candidate will be visiting a variety of clients with varying presentations in the community or conduct telehealth where appropriate; tailoring treatment to their home environment and lifestyle, and educating clients, their family and loved ones.

Responsibilities also include:

  • Independently manage a caseload.
  • Provide client centred community based physiotherapy sessions, with particular attention to goal setting and outcome measurement.
  • Work closely with clients, their families, carers, communicate with coordinators and relevant community service providers.
  • Complete timely reports when requested.

Essential

  • AHPRA registered physiotherapist
  • Proficient skills in assessment and report writing
  • Certificate of Currency for PI / PL Insurance
  • Police clearance

Desirable

  • Experience working independently with clients in residential care, NDIS and/or community home visit settings will be highly regarded
  • Current driver's license and access to a vehicle/ability to commute
  • New graduates are welcomed
