We have also recently partnered with the most prominent Italian sleep brand globally in Magniflex. Where we are now looking for a motivated graduate marketing and brand coordinator to help drive brand growth for Comfort Sleep and Magniflex Australia wide.

**About the Role**
- Working with the director on driving the overall brand and marketing plan execution for Comfort Sleep and Magniflex.
- Strategising a content marketing plan based on competitor research and data analytics that links to Comfort Sleep's and Magniflex's business objectives.
- Envisioning, creating and scheduling content to be featured across our social media platforms such as websites, Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok.
- Designing attractive marketing materials and collateral such as brochures, information sheets, and posters to help build awareness for Comfort Sleep and Magniflex's brand.
- Coordinating and supporting the sales representatives with setting up in-store brand marketing.

**About You**
- You may have recently finished your studies and are now eager to immerse yourself in an environment where you can make a positive impact on a business by helping create and execute immersive marketing plans.
- During your studies, you took pride in completing marketing campaign assignments purposefully and enjoyed analysing the types of social media engagement strategies or advertisements that would best fit the specific brand.
- You love being organised and have a habit of utilising your calendar and to-do lists. Because of this, you were able to complete assignments and study on time while also maintaining part-time employment.

**Selection Criteria**
- A degree in marketing or experience in a marketing role
