Year 1: Build Your Foundation

- First-year rotation

- Second-year rotation with more responsibility
- Advanced professional skills training
- Immersive projects & business simulations to build your capability

Transition into: Talent Acceleration Program

- Graduate after your second year into a permanent role with real impact

Who We're Looking For

- You’ve finished (or will finish) your degree by Feb 2026
- You’re curious, driven, and keen to progress
- You’re open to interstate moves during the program (we’ll support you)
- You’ve got full Australian/NZ work rights (or a grad visa valid for 3+ years)
