**Description**:
Based in Mascot, the Procurement Specialist role is a great opportunity to support 5B’s Procurement function through the management, planning, execution and governance of both S2C (Source to Contract) and P2P (Purchase to Pay) activities across the 5B business. The role will be required to work cross-functionally and proactively to procure products and/or services for the right price, quality and specification in line with the company’s policies and principles.

**Key Deliverables**:
Conducting research to identify and furnish partnerships and develop existing and potential supplier relationships.
Keep abreast of upcoming projects, roadmaps, management reports, contracts and technology changes.
Analyse market and enterprise data to provide reports/recommendations to management.
Run and develop RFx processes in line with agreed strategy.
Support supplier screening, selection, assessment and qualification
Establish supplier performance metric targets and conduct supplier reviews
Business compliance includes record keeping, approvals, spending within budget and conducting business in line with company policies and procedures.
Develop procurement processes and procedures with a continuous improvement mindset
Assist in procurement-based reporting and analytics
Deliver on KPIs and business metrics

Are you the Allstar we are searching for?

You must be degree qualified in Supply Chain Management and have Logistics Qualifications including CIPS, CPSM, CSCP, CSCM or similar.
Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a procurement, category or supply chain management role.
Experience dealing with international supply chains and technical/engineering drawings or materials is preferred.
Experience in the solar/ renewables and commodities market will be highly regarded.
