About the role
We are currently seeking a values-drive and proactive Receptionist reporting to the Administration Team Leader.
You will successfully
Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
Keep up-to date files and store appropriately in various databases
Take incoming calls and set appointments as required
Screen people as they come into the office
Maintain office equipment with adequate supplies available
Appropriate records are maintained for shared organisational resources including room bookings, equipment and vehicles
You will have
Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
Ability to provide proof of Eligibility to Work in Australia
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week
**Salary**: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour
