**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for a dynamic **Receptionist **to join our team at ReturnToWorkSA.

This will be a 0.4 FTE role on Thursday to Friday between 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with an hour break in between.

**The Role**:

- Provide friendly and courteous reception service
- Be available to work 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Thursday to Friday.
- Accept deliveries of packages/ mail and notify recipients
- Provide basic information to members of the public
- Liaise with the facilities management team as required; to assist with maintenance requests, logging jobs and liaising with contractors
- Ensure the reception area is well presented and a welcoming environment
- Provide support to the Finance group as directed
- Superior customer service skills with a professional and courteous manner
- Self-driven, confident and the ability to work autonomously
- Previous experience in facilities management or finance (desirable)
- Good administrative skills
- Professionally presented
- Great verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel

***What we offer**:
The total remuneration package for this position is starting from $54,484 full time equivalent (inclusive of superannuation).
