**About the Role**:
Maxima’s valued client are seeking a passionate Veterinary Receptionist to join their highly distinguished practice. A long-term opportunity working with a variety of extraordinary animals and pets. Reporting to the Practice Manager, this role is responsible for customary receptionist and administrative support duties.
- Veterinary reception duties including answering incoming calls, making outbound calls as appropriate, greeting, and welcoming clients
- Scheduling, appointment confirmation and documentation preparation
- Client and patient data management
- Providing administrative support
- Cleaning and general maintenance of reception areas
- General clerical duties as required

**About You**:

- Experience as a Receptionist in a veterinary or medical environment is desirable though, not essential
- Compassionate and committed to caring for our patients and clients
- Ability to take direction and use initiative
- High standard of presentation
- Ability to work both autonomously and with others as part of a team
- Ability to multitask under pressure and maintain attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a warm and inviting phone manner
