We are looking for an experienced and skilled Producer to join the team at Traffik.
**Responsibilities**:
As a member of the Traffik Production Team you are a crucial part of a world-class creative company operating system.A system that is informed by data but is driven by a culture where people and teams are empowered and informed to make decisions.One that liberates our people from redundant effort and focuses them on creative answers to our clients' problems.You will engage with all departments at various stages of campaign development and execution, from ‘plussing' creative, feasibility checks and budgeting during the fast-paced pitching period, through to ownership of project delivery.Aside from producing a wide range of projects, the role requires strong collaboration skills, an outstanding level of organization and time management, an ability to problem solve and be decisive in the moment, and effective communication skills.
Desired Skills and Experience
- The ability to act as a role model and inspire teammates to exceed expectations and motivate peers to deliver exceptional and creative work.
- Highly organised and pragmatic
- A great communicator and vocal ambassador of Production teams in all scenarios.
- Experience engaging collaboratively and openly with other departments and 3rd party partners to develop teams and solve client problems.
- A real team player, working to achieve the desired creative outcomes for the client
- Experience in identify issues that may impede the development of the Production offering.
- Champion any new methods of Production that allow us to meet the increasingly tightbudgets and timelines
- The ability to show ownership over your work and embrace the support given to make decisions that lead to the best outcome for the project
- An enthusiastic and positive seeker of solutions to the inevitable issues and challenges within the production workflow
- Min 2 years' experience in a similar role
