Move with us for a better worldYour RoleWe are looking for a energetic and results-oriented **Sales & Business Development Executive** to join the NSW Field Sales team. The role boasts with variety and has a key focus on new sales (70%) and account management (30%).As a Technogym salesperson, you are hungry, highly professional, industry credible, and collaborative. You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships while managing a wide range of products, services, and solutions that are transforming our industry.If you’re looking to work for a company that’s leading the way in health and wellness ("healthness"), with a powerful vision, passionate people, and products you can truly believe in - this is your opportunity.Please note: This is a field sales role, you must be based in Sydney Metro to be eligible for this role.Your ImpactAs a Sales Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving Technogym's commercial success by:
- Achieving and exceeding local sales, profitability, and cash flow targets
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities to expand market share and capitalize on untapped potential
- Generating qualified leads, profiling customers, and planning strategic sales activities, ensuring accurate and timely updates in the CRM system
- Enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive relationship management and tailored solutions
- Providing actionable market intelligence by capturing and reporting on trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
- Maintaining and growing existing client relationships while actively pursuing new prospects to build a robust sales pipeline
- Executing structured customer and prospect visits in alignment with the company’s sales code, ensuring consistent market presence and engagement

- Minimum of 3 years experience in a Sales Account Manager role or similar
- A degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
- Proven ability to manage complex deals and sell tailored solutions
- Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems; experience with Salesforce is a plus
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
- Excellent listening, communication, and presentation abilities
