**About the role**:
Our accounts team, and broader finance department, are made up of a diverse and engaging group of professionals who are focused on the task at hand but also all about creating a culture of innovation, inclusivity and fun where team members show up as their best selves.

We are currently seeking an
**Accounts Assistant** to join us who will provide accounts support and undertake a wide range of general administrative and clerical duties to support the busy office of RHG. Some of these duties include:

- Credit card processing, reconciliation, and payment
- Follow up credit card invoices/receipts with cardholders.
- Assist Accounts Payable with reconciliation to supplier statements.
- Assist in general administration and finance duties including fleet management/reporting, office supplies order, fixed assets, mobile phones and IT equipment management.
- Ad Hoc Support for Finance Team
