Service & Hire Manager - Healthcare Equipment

Our client delivers innovative healthcare solutions to improve people's lives. They are seeking an experienced Healthcare Equipment Service and Hire Manager to join their team.

This is an evolving and dynamic role, requiring the ability to adapt to Company objectives as the business develops.

Full Time hours - 8am - 4pm - some flexibility required

**Duties will include**:

- Providing exemplary customer service, maintaining customer relationships and attending to customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Audit of work to ensure all standards are met
- Overseeing team members performing inspections
- Testing of returned equipment after decontamination
- Management of scheduled services for assets in warehouse and onsite
- Liaising with procurement and managing purchase orders to ensure adequate stock levels
- Participation in risk identification and WHS consultation
- Reviewing completed job sheets and maintaining a service spreadsheet
- Liaison with the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure smooth operation of the warehouse
- Overseeing the decontamination unit to ensure smooth operation
- Organising and maintaining rental stock
- coordination of rental and service jobs
- Liaison with the administration team to ensure accurate asset information

**Essential Criteria**:

- Service / Maintenance department management experience
- Excellent time management, with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Ability to manage and coach Service Department staff
- Exceptional organisational and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good computer skills - MS Office including Excel
- Up to date Covid and influenza vaccinations
- Valid Police check obtained within the last 6 months
- WA 'C' class drivers' licence

The company will provide a laptop, mobile phone, and corporate branded workwear.
