**About the Role**
RPMGlobal is currently seeking an experienced Business Development Coordinator, ideally with mining industry experience, to provide comprehensive business development, and sales administration support to RPM’s growing Advisory business.
The role will be responsible for a wide range of coordination activities, with a strong focus on client engagement and business development support, including the preparation of proposals, the coordination of tenders, supporting the kick off of projects, the engagement of subconsultants and other analysis activities as required. The role requires a computer-savvy all-rounder with expert Microsoft Office Suite skills.
The role is full-time, based out of our east coast Australian operations in Brisbane.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide an exceptional customer service experience by consistently managing client expectations.
- Participate in the creation and delivery of proposals for customers.
- Effectively utilize CRM to manage customer contacts, opportunities, and leads.
- Leverage customer relationship management tools to manage the entire sales cycle, prioritize activities, and provide accurate forecasting information (I.e. CRM tools, Salesforce, etc).
- Compiling, co-ordinating and formatting large-scale and complex proposals, tender responses and technical reports.
- Work with the RPM Advisory consulting team to assist in producing, consulting budgets, technical sales and capability documentation.
- Drafting and finalising proposals and other commercial and technical documentation.
- Undertaking various sales analysis including pipeline management support and forecasting.
- Undertake a range of client engagement and business relationship development activities.
Supporting the development of marketing plans and activities.
**About You**
- Demonstrated experience in a sales coordination process.
- Experience working in or with the mining industry is a preferred requirement of this role.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Expert user of the Microsoft Office suite, with a particular focus on Microsoft Word.
- Demonstrate a minimum of two years’ experience with CRM such as Salesforce and preferably an ERP such as SAP.
- Willingness to learn.
- Customer service focus.
- Attention to detail.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Australia.Fluent in written and spoken English.
