Are you seeking flexible opportunities in community care? Express your interest in joining our Gold Coast team as we build our talent pool for future growth strategies. This is a casual opportunity to work in the community and make a meaningful impact.

**Role Overview** as a Home Care Worker, you will support individuals in their homes, following person-centered care principles. This role involves traveling between clients’ homes and assisting them with daily living and lifestyle requirements.

**Hours Available**:

- Gold Coast: 10-15 hours per week

**Duties and Responsibilities Include**:

- Social support/transportation for social activities, shopping/groceries, and traveling to medical appointments
- Domestic assistance: light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Supporting clients in the use of aids and personal equipment
- Supporting clients with challenging needs
- Using a smartphone to access the mobile worker app
- Providing updates on client’s progress following each service

**What You Will Need**:

- National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Current Australian Driver’s License
- Reliable, registered, and comprehensive insured vehicle
- Smartphone with internet access
