Right At Home Gold Coast Northern Rivers are currently seeking compassionate Care Workers residing in Gold Coast, to provide high-quality holistic care to Aged Care and Disability clients in their home. This role include helping people to do the task in their home and community that they are no longer to be able to do by themselves. Our priority is to help our clients live empowered and independently at home, with integrity and purpose.

We at Right at Home understand the importance of our relationship with our employees; management, administration and care staff alike. We do this in a number of practical and tangible ways - driven by our Values and our Behavior.

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Community, Individual Support or Disability Services (Personal Care Workers)
- Current Australian National Police check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Double Vaccinated
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Smart mobile phone
- Driver’s license
- Comprehensive Insurance and own reliable car

**Preferred Skills**:

- Ability to provide personal, companion and domestic support
- Passion for caring people
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Experience in Aged/Community Care
