If you are an experienced*_Disability Support Worker _*who lives on the Gold Coast and surrounding areas and has community care experience, then we would like to talk to you Our services include, aged and disability care, transitional care, hospital in the home and palliative care.

We are currently seeking experienced Disability Support Workers who are enthusiastic and passionate about providing a caring, compassionate, respectful and high-quality service. Our priority is to help our clients live empowered and independently at home. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for those we serve.

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum Certificate III in relevant qualification**:

- **Australian National Police check**:

- **Current First Aid and CPR certificate**:

- **NDIS Worker Screening-Blue and Yellow card**:

- **NDIS Orientation module**:

- **COVID-19 Infection Control Certificate**:

- **Up to date vaccinations**:

- **Smart mobile phone**:

- **Driver's licence and your own registered car**:

- **Full comprehensive Car Insurance**

**Preferred Skills**:

- Ability to provide personal and domestic care
- Ability to work with mentally impaired
- A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Manual Handling experience
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Willingness to participate in further education opportunities
