- Interpret and use student assessment data to diagnose barriers to learning and to challenge students to improve their performance
- Effectively manage the learning cycle, including planning for learning and assessment, developing learning programs, teaching, assessing and providing feedback on student learning and reporting to parents/carers
- Engage with our school community within and beyond the classroom to enrich the educational context for students

**The Qualifications**:

- Eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
- Tertiary Qualification (minimum 4-year degree, or 75% complete)
- Valid Working with Children Check (for employment purposes)
