Pebbles Early Learning Centre Kingswood is seeking a dedicated and motivated ECT to join our vibrant team as our service continues to grow.

Pebbles Early Learning & Childcare - Kingswood, is a family-run service with over 20 years of experience in early childhood education and care. • Hold or be willing to obtain a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• Supply a current Police Check - issued within the last 2 months
• Demonstrate strong understanding of child safety and professional boundaries.
• Participate in mandatory induction and ongoing professional learning.
• Follow our Child Safe Code of Conduct and reporting obligations.

About You

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
• Available Monday - Friday for a rotating roster between 7am-6pm
• Previous experience as an ECT is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQF, and Quality Improvement Planning.
• A confident communicator and mentor who brings out the best in others.
• Positive, collaborative, and ready to contribute to a growing service.
