You will have the opportunity to;
- Lead and support strategic property initiatives aligned with infrastructure delivery.
- Oversee team workflows, track deadlines, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Provide expert technical advice and act as the primary contact for property matters.
- Manage documentation for property transactions, leases, licences, and registrations.
- Conduct property analysis, feasibility assessments, and prepare business cases.
- Engage and manage consultants for property investigations and reporting.
- Lead commercial negotiations and compulsory land acquisitions under legislation.

**About you**

We are seeking someone who has strong expertise in property and working in commercial outcomes and legislative compliance. You will be skilled in managing complex property matters, negotiations, and stakeholder relationships.

You will be;
- highly effective in time management, reporting, and property analysis
- a collaborative team player with excellent communication and advisory capabilities
- dedicated to problem solving
- a supportive technical leader within the team and keen to mentor and guide others

You will hold a Degree in valuation, property economics, commerce, law or finance or extensive experience in a similar role.
