We are a small team committed to our clients tax accounting needs, and currently looking for a Part-Time Bookkeeper.

**We are looking for someone who**:
- Has a proven experience in bookkeeping or a related financial role.
- Certificate III in Finance or equivalent qualification, minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Has a solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles.
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Is friendly, warm and nurturing.
- Is a problem solver with a can-do attitude.
- Has a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Is hospitable and anticipates the needs of others.
- Excellent organisational skills with effective time management.

**Typical duties include, but aren’t limited to**:
- Oversee and maintain accurate financial records for the businesses, including daily transactions, STP Payroll processing, invoicing, and expense tracking for multiple business clients of a variety of industries.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate billing and receipt processing,
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Manage the revenue recovery process to address outstanding accounts and ensure prompt payment.
- Greet and assist clients
