We have 11 retail stores across 5 brands - Barossa Fine Foods, Angelakis Brothers Seafood, Standom Smallgoods, Schulz Butchers and The Cheesemonger with products manufactured at our facility in Edinburgh North.

Our heritage is expertise in smallgoods and we have taken great pride in our skills, techniques and our brands from the very beginning. We continue to be one of Australia’s most awarded smallgoods maker.

Co-located with our award winning production facility, our Seafood Processing plant is state of the art. Angelakis Bros is synonymous with fresh, high quality locally sourced seafood.

**What are we looking for?**

Due to increase in operational demands and internal movements, we are currently looking for an enthusiastic person for our **Value Added**section within our fresh fish processing environment.

This is a full time permanent role.

The Value Added role is responsible for the correct weighing, display and packaging of our seafood products.

**A variety of Roles and Duties available will include, but are not limited to the following**:
- Portion and pack products according to requirements- Use vac packing machinery- Use Metal detector machinery- Inspect products for freshness and quality
