**Your new company**
This is a wealth organisation that specialises in financial planning but also covers lending. They are located south west of Sydney and are looking for a passionate individual to join their collaborative team and in turn progress their own career.

**Your new role**
As the Associate Adviser, you will be responsible for:

- Working closely with the Principal Financial Planner
- Assisting with the tailored advice to their client base
- Building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring that the compliance standards are met

**What you'll need to succeed**
- An eagerness to progress career within financial planning
- A relevant degree
- Exceptional client service skills and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Xplan experience is advantageous
- A good team player and a strong understanding of the importance of relationship building
