The firm has eight senior investment specialists in the team supported by operations and client services specialists.

The Role - Investment Adviser, Associate

The primary focus of the role is to support a team of senior Advisers with the day to management of existing and new clients. You will provide a high level of service to client enquiries and correspondence, maintain accurate CRM records, produce SOA and ROA's for the Advisers, and demonstrate a proactive approach to supporting the team.

The position will involve extensive training, mentoring and personal development leading to a steady transition of existing clients over time, then ultimately new clients and leading to a full Client Advisory position.

The Person

- Degree qualified in relevant degree

- 2-3 years' experience in an investment or financial advice firm

- SOA and ROA production experience

- Xplan and CRM experience highly regarded

- Sound understanding and working knowledge of current regulatory and compliance frameworks

Passion for advice, ambition to achieve, self driven, strong client orientation and ethics, dedication for continued learning and development, and a good sense of humour will be expected.
