**ASSOCIATE ADVISER**
A unique Senior Associate / Adviser opportunity has arisen for someone who enjoys working in Accumulator client base. My clients have a strong presence in the fintech space and you will start out working with the Senior Adviser to learn about how they do things for the first 3-6 months before looking after an existing book of clients. This role has no sales involved as all the leads are generated and referred.

They have a unique model where they are a high touch, high fee, low volume business with a heap of support, so your time will be spent doing fulfilling, high value-add work and not wasting your time on admin and low value work.

You will be ideal for this role if you want to work with high end accumulator clients and want to fast track your career into a Senior Adviser role (6-12 months). Every Adviser is provided with one Associate to support with all back office work.

**The Role**:

- Meet and develop relationships with existing clients to provide strategic and quality advice
- Work with complex advice across; SMSF, trusts, tax, employee share plans, etc.
- Initially work with the Senior Adviser to understand the business before taking on own book of clients
- Provide quality advice for clients on complex decisions they need to make regarding their wealth.
- Accurately assess Client’s needs, objectives and risk tolerance and formulate an effective financial plan / strategy to meet their needs.
- Comply with legislative and regulatory frameworks
- Genuinely care about client outcomes and provide quality advice
- You must always put the client first

**You Will Need**:

- MUST be currently an ASIC Authorised Representative
- MUST have 3+ years financial planning experience
- SMSF accreditation is preferred but not essential
- Passion for providing quality advice to make a different to clients
