About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated Associate Financial Adviser to support and grow within a highly regarded Sydney CBD wealth management team. Working closely with Senior Advisers, you'll gain exposure to complex client strategies and enjoy a clear pathway to becoming a Financial Adviser within a firm that invests in your long-term success.
What You'll Be Doing as a Associate Adviser- Prepare and prioritise Letters of Advice
- Develop strategy notes, meeting packs, and detailed client file notes.
- Conduct financial modelling and analysis: cash flow, gearing, risk, and portfolio reviews.
- Manage client onboarding, compliance documentation, and portfolio implementation.
- Liaise with external stakeholders including accountants, fund managers, and superannuation providers.
- Support the Adviser with workflow management and business strategy execution.
- $110,000 – $130,000 package + performance bonus.
- 9-day fortnight – every second Friday off.
- 1-day per week work from home.

- Degree-qualified in Finance, Business, or Commerce.
- Progress towards FASEA-approved qualifications.
- 1–3 years' experience in financial planning, Client services, paraplanning, or associate advice. We are looking for the right person not just the experience.
