About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Associate Financial Adviser to support and grow within a highly regarded Sydney CBD wealth management team. Working closely with Senior Advisers, you'll gain exposure to complex client strategies and enjoy a clear pathway to becoming a Financial Adviser within a firm that invests in your long-term success.

What You'll Be Doing as a Associate Adviser
  • Prepare and prioritise Letters of Advice
  • Develop strategy notes, meeting packs, and detailed client file notes.
  • Conduct financial modelling and analysis: cash flow, gearing, risk, and portfolio reviews.
  • Manage client onboarding, compliance documentation, and portfolio implementation.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders including accountants, fund managers, and superannuation providers.
  • Support the Adviser with workflow management and business strategy execution.

About You
  • Degree-qualified in Finance, Business, or Commerce.
  • Progress towards FASEA-approved qualifications.
  • 1–3 years' experience in financial planning, Client services, paraplanning, or associate advice. We are looking for the right person not just the experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge with a passion for private wealth advice.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to career growth.
