Miss Pearl Bar & Dining at the Melbourne Theatre Company Southbank is recruiting for hospitality service team. We are looking for waitstaff who is personable and well presented - a hospitality natural.

**The Role**
- Work in iconic venue
- Career growth and development
- Deliver food and beverage service to guests in a professional, efficient and courteous manner
- Must be able to carry 3 plates and complete tray service
- Proactive and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Ideally coming from a high-end restaurant background or have catering experience.
- Fluent in English
- Available to work 3-4 days per week
- Shifts: Mon to Sun daytime & evening
- Pay rates: Mon-Fri at $31.09 p/hr Sat at $36.12 p/hr Sun at $42.14 p/hr

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months in similar role, coming from well-established and fast-paced venues
- Passion and an extensive knowledge of the food and beverage offering
- Possess an eye for detail and a focus on customer experience
- Have strong communication skills
- Hold a valid RSA
