This established Government department within the health sector is seeking an administration professional for a 3 month temporary contract with an opportunity for extension and future career opportunities. This role offers hybrid working flexibility and a friendly and supportive working environment.

The Pharmaceutical Support Officer provides quality clerical and data entry services to the Pharmaceutical Services Unit and so supports improvements in the regulation and quality use of medicines for the NSW community and contributes to the successful and efficient achievement of the business objectives.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Create and update manual and electronic files to ensure chronologically correct and accurate information records are established and efficiently maintained to ensure consistency of filing activities
- Accurately maintaining database and record management system

**Skills/Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administration role
- Proficient understanding in the use of Microsoft Office
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Accurate data entry and record management skills
- Attention to detail
- A positive can-do attitude
- Able to work well under pressure

** Must be double vaccinated **
