**Gabes Services are seeking a casual Handyman to join our Trades Division.**

Works are conducted throughout Sydney and surrounding areas.

The position will initially be 2 days per week. You will be required to use your own vehicle, mobile phone, and tools.

The successful applicant will be required to complete repairs and maintenance jobs in mainly commercial & retail environments.

Day to day duties will include: painting and patching, changing light bulbs, basic plumbing & carpentry works, replacing doors/door handles/locks and grounds maintenance works.

Minor landscaping works may also be required (hedging / spraying). General risk inspections in public places.

Able to use smart phones for software reporting and safety information.

Sound knowledge on safety requirements, Take 5's, JSA, SWMS ETC

Applicants must have a strong worth ethic, be able to work with limited supervision, excellent time management skills and hold a current NSW Drivers License. Working at heights preferable, EWP, Scissor Lift, or can be sent for training so willingness to undertake future development.
