**The Venue**

A classic Italian cocktail bar and steak restaurant located beneath Sydney’s CBD. At Bistecca, the meat is cut and weighed, then presented to diners before being cooked fireside over ironbark and charcoal to a perfect medium-rare. The lovingly curated, award-winning wine list solely features Italian grape varieties, sourced exclusively from Italy and Australia.

**About the Role**

Bistecca is an experience that starts with you, you'll be efficient & charismatic amongst the buzzy atmosphere of our beautiful dining room, offering our guests a personal dining experience.

Waitering experience in a busy and energetic venue is preferred, along with an interest in wine so that you are able to enhance the guests experience by assisting guests through our extensive Italian wine list.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $31.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
