**About us**:Lotus Dining Group operates 9 renowned venues across Sydney CBD, Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, and Southern Highlands. Our restaurants are celebrated for their exquisite modern Chinese cuisine, delightful dumplings, award-winning wine lists, and sophisticated signature cocktails.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Provide attentive and personalized service to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and delightful dining experience.
- Take orders with confidence, ensuring efficient and timely service of food and beverages.
- Showcase in-depth knowledge of our menu, offering insightful recommendations that enhance the guest experience.
- Prepare tables and maintain a clean, well-organized dining area throughout service.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any concerns with professionalism and care.
- Work closely with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth and coordinated service flow.

**What you will bring**:

- Proven experience as a waiter in high-end restaurants or hospitality environments.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a warm, welcoming demeanor.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverages, including wine and cocktail service.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for our guests.
- A valid RSA and competency card.
